What it does
The affiliate program rewards you for referring new Sorceress users who purchase eligible lifetime access. You share your unique referral link anywhere you promote Sorceress — for example on YouTube, Discord, social media, blog posts, newsletters, tutorials, livestreams, or community pages.
When someone clicks your referral link, Sorceress tracks the referral for 90 days. If that person signs up and purchases eligible lifetime access during that tracking window, the sale is credited to you and a commission is added to your affiliate account.
Key details
How it works
The Affiliate Program page presents the process in three stages:
- Share Your Link — create your affiliate account, copy your unique referral link, and share it with your audience.
- They Sign Up — when someone clicks your link, the referral can be tracked for 90 days. If they sign up and later purchase eligible lifetime access within that window, the referral can convert.
- Get Paid — eligible lifetime access purchases create affiliate commission, with payouts sent through PayPal.
What earns commission
Eligible
Lifetime Pro Access purchases are eligible for affiliate commission. When a referred user purchases lifetime access, you earn 30% of that sale.
Not eligible
Requirements
To join and use the affiliate program, you need:
- A Sorceress account.
- A unique affiliate code.
- A PayPal email address for payouts.
You can enter your PayPal email during signup or add it later from your affiliate dashboard. If you are not signed in when you try to join, Sorceress will ask you to log in and then return you to the affiliate page.
How to join
- Go to the Affiliate Program page.
- Select Become an Affiliate.
- If prompted, log in to your Sorceress account.
- Enter an Affiliate Code.
- Optionally enter your PayPal Email for payouts.
- Select Create Affiliate Account.
While the account is being created, the button changes to Creating.... Once your account is created, Sorceress shows a confirmation card, your referral link, a copy button, and a Go to Dashboard button.
If you are already registered as an affiliate, the affiliate page skips the signup form and shows your existing referral link instead.
Affiliate code rules
Your affiliate code becomes part of your public referral link, so choose something recognizable, easy to read, and appropriate for your audience.
Affiliate codes must follow these rules:
- Must be 3 to 30 characters long.
- Can use lowercase letters, numbers, and optional hyphens.
- Must start and end with a letter or number.
- Cannot start or end with a hyphen.
- Must be unique.
- Cannot conflict with another code already in use.
The signup form automatically lowercases your code and removes unsupported characters while you type. It also previews your referral link below the field so you can see how the finished link will look.
Good affiliate code styles include creator names, channel names, studio names, community names, or short brand names. For example, a code in the style of your-name is shown as the form placeholder, but your final code should be unique to you.
Your referral link
After joining, your referral link is displayed on the affiliate page and in the affiliate dashboard. Use the Copy button to copy it to your clipboard.
Your link points to Sorceress and includes your referral code. Share the full link exactly as displayed so the referral can be tracked correctly.
You can share the link anywhere you normally communicate with your audience, such as:
- Video descriptions
- Livestream chats
- Discord servers
- Social media posts
- Blog posts and tutorials
- Email newsletters
- Resource lists
- Game development communities
- Course materials or creator resource pages
For best results, share the link alongside a clear explanation of what Sorceress helps users create. For example, explain that it is a game creation suite with AI-assisted tools for creators, artists, designers, and builders.
Affiliate dashboard
Your affiliate dashboard is available after you join the program.
Open the Affiliate Program and choose Go to Dashboard, or use the dashboard button shown on your affiliate status card.
If you try to open the dashboard before joining, Sorceress returns you to the affiliate page so you can create your affiliate account first.
Header and commission rate
The dashboard header includes a link back to the Affiliate Program page and shows your current Commission Rate.
Referral link
The dashboard displays Your Referral Link in a highlighted box. Select Copy to copy it. After copying, the button briefly changes to Copied.
Stats cards
The dashboard summarizes your affiliate activity in five cards:
- Visits: Number of tracked visits from your referral link.
- Signups: Number of users who signed up after using your link.
- Sales: Number of eligible purchases credited to you.
- Total Earned: Total commission earned from eligible sales.
- Unpaid: Earned commission that has not yet been paid out.
Use these cards to evaluate how your promotion is performing. For example, high visits with low signups may mean your audience is curious but needs clearer context, while signups with low sales may mean users are trying the product before deciding whether lifetime access is right for them.
PayPal payout email
The PayPal Payout Email section lets you enter or update the PayPal email address where commissions should be sent.
To update it:
- Open the affiliate dashboard.
- Enter the correct email in PayPal Payout Email.
- Select Save.
- Wait for the button to confirm with Saved.
While saving, the button shows Saving.... You can leave the PayPal email blank when joining and add it later, but you should add it before expecting a payout.
Program rules reminder
The dashboard displays a rules reminder with two important points:
Commissions
The Commissions panel shows recent commission activity. Each entry includes:
- Commission amount
- Related sale amount
- Status, such as paid or unpaid/pending
- Date recorded
If you have not earned any commissions yet, the dashboard shows: No commissions yet. Share your link to start earning!
Recent referrals
The Recent Referrals panel shows recent referred signups. Each entry is shown as User signed up with a date and one of the following statuses:
- Pending: The user signed up but has not yet made an eligible purchase.
- Converted: The user made an eligible purchase, with the sale amount shown.
If you do not have any referrals yet, the panel shows: No referrals yet.
Payout history
Once payouts have been issued, the dashboard shows Payout History. Each payout entry includes:
- Payout amount
- PayPal email used
- Payout date
This section appears only after you have payout records.
Payouts
Commissions are sent through PayPal to the payout email saved in your dashboard.
Keep your PayPal email up to date to avoid payout delays. If you change your PayPal email, open the dashboard, update the field, and select Save.
Tips for successful referrals
- Use your referral link in evergreen content such as tutorials, resource pages, and video descriptions.
- Explain who Sorceress is for: game creators, artists, designers, and builders using AI-assisted tools.
- Link directly when discussing Sorceress so viewers can click while interest is high.
- Revisit older posts or videos and update descriptions with your affiliate link.
- Create content that shows a real workflow or finished result, not just a generic link.
- Mention that referral tracking lasts 90 days, so viewers do not need to purchase immediately for the referral to remain trackable.
- Avoid misleading claims. Promote the product accurately and focus on what it helps users create.
- Do not refer yourself or attempt to create self-referral commissions.
Troubleshooting
I am asked to log in when joining
You must be signed in to create an affiliate account. Log in and Sorceress will return you to the affiliate page.
The signup form did not appear
Select Become an Affiliate first. If you are not signed in, you will be sent to login. If you are already an affiliate, Sorceress shows your existing referral link instead of the signup form.
My affiliate code is rejected
Check that the code is 3–30 characters, uses only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and does not begin or end with a hyphen. If the code is already taken or already in use, choose another one.
Unsupported characters disappear while I type
That is expected. The affiliate code field automatically lowercases your text and removes unsupported characters so the final code is valid for a referral link.
My referral link is not copying
Use the Copy button again, or manually select and copy the displayed link. Browser clipboard permissions can sometimes prevent one-click copying.
I do not see the dashboard
The dashboard is available only after you create an affiliate account. If you are signed in but not registered as an affiliate, Sorceress returns you to the affiliate page.
I have referrals but no commissions
A signup does not automatically create commission. Commission is recorded when the referred user makes an eligible lifetime access purchase within the 90-day tracking window.
I entered the wrong PayPal email
Open your affiliate dashboard, update the PayPal Payout Email field, and select Save. Wait for the confirmation that it was saved.
I see visits but not signups
This usually means people clicked your link but did not create an account. Consider adding more context where you share the link, such as what Sorceress does, who it is for, and why your audience may want to try it.
I see signups marked as pending
Pending referrals are users who signed up but have not yet made an eligible purchase. They can convert if they purchase eligible lifetime access within the tracking window.
