Reduced first-click and research-opening pauses

I reduced the heavy work performed on the first audio interaction and when opening research. Audio decoding yields between batches, and advisor images are prepared before the panel needs them.

The development measurements show substantial reductions in those particular pauses. Some larger scene hitches remain, so I am treating this as an interface-latency improvement rather than a general frame-rate fix.

The clips open, close and reopen the actual research interface. They show the current menu behavior; they are not a filmed old-versus-new timing experiment, and the source measurements remain separate from these captures.
