Added an Engage stance for advancing units
Units can advance while looking for nearby visible enemies, or hold an aggressive stance.

I added Engage so a unit can close on a visible nearby enemy instead of waiting for it to wander into weapon range. Holding X chooses the stance; a short tap still chooses Guard.
E-click now issues an engage-move order, so the squad advances and fights along the way. Ground fire remains on Ctrl-click.

The dedicated Move binding is gone, and the command bar identifies Engage directly. Newly created armed player units also start in Engage unless they are builders.
