Added the Valkyrie Trooper
A long-range marksman joins the barracks after rocket research, with her own voice and a gauss rifle.

The Valkyrie is a slim infantry unit with a VK-12 gauss rifle. Her range is about twice a standard rifle, and the shot is slow and heavy rather than another bullet in the same volley.
She is a research step after rocket troopers, not a free barracks option. Completing that study is what puts her in the production queue.

Her voice is separate from the rifle squad. The enlisted lines went back to the rifle troopers, and the Valkyrie kept her own pack.
Training times slowed at the same time. A rifle trooper takes half a minute, an engineer a minute, and heavier infantry longer, so a queue is a plan instead of a flicker.
