Added terraforming concrete and power arcs
Poured slabs now grade the dune underneath them, and a new cable announces itself with a ten-second electrical arc.

Concrete used to sit on whatever slope it was painted over. Each slab now levels its own cell, meets neighbouring pads, and blends the sand back in over a short skirt. The ground mesh lifts again if the slab is removed, and the levels stay in the save.
Power links got the same kind of physical honesty. A new cable draws a crackling arc for about ten seconds and keeps the line lit. Generator-to-generator links and cables into a Command Core are rejected instead of pretending every building is a battery.
“The dune should give way to the floor, not poke through it.”
Vehicle boarding moved to right-click. Left-click on a damaged vehicle is a repair when an engineer is selected. Dispersed crews no longer all pile onto the one site that was just ordered.
Module tiles stopped stretching across the whole panel. A lone backup generator stays a small square instead of becoming a banner.
