Added a lone hero and Command Core construction
An expedition now starts with one equipped hero, who lays concrete and builds the Command Core by hand.
The match no longer opens on a finished campus. One hero, an equipment screen, and a reset are the start. The included Core kit is deployed onto concrete the hero places.
Foundations are individual slabs. The hero walks to the site and works there; another order pauses the job. Buildings line up to those slabs, and a wall section can close a gap without filling it with a full pad.

The hero's two weapons are independent. The left hand and the right hand can hold different targets, and the guns sit on the forearms.
Engineers came in behind that loop. They can be recruited to finish sites, assist each other, and keep building after the hero has moved on.
