Added live graphics settings and FPS history
The world keeps moving while graphics settings are open, so changes can be judged immediately.
I integrated the graphics menu into the title screen and gameplay, with G opening and closing it. Preferences are saved for the next session.
The in-game graphics overlay now keeps the world running. Water, wind, wildlife and idle feathers continue moving while Aurelie holds position and gameplay input is suspended.

Fine tuning includes individual rendering switches for testing features such as trees, water and shadows. These diagnostic switches are temporary and can be restored together.
I moved the FPS display clear of the panel and added a row of completed one-minute averages. This helps compare settings over time without pretending that a single frame-rate reading describes the whole session.
