Improved terrain dust and resource interactions

Ground-colored effects, live mesh picking and clearer feedback improve Explore interactions.

I corrected terrain dust and footprint colors and made resource selection use the live meshes.

Movement cursors and centered tooltips now make the selected action clearer. Missing-tool feedback has two recorded voice cues.

The clip uses native movement and harvesting in Explore, with the actual resource approach and outcome retained. It does not inject particles or resource yields.

Dust still uses sprites distributed in three dimensions. Long-session hitches and subjective sound quality are not ruled out by the recorded checks.
