Put squad leadership on the portraits
A portrait menu, leader shortcuts and a compact information strip keep squad commands close to the action.
I added a right-click menu to the survivor portraits. Follow the Leader and Take Control now sit beside the squad member they affect, with their shortcuts shown in the menu. Ctrl+F1 through Ctrl+F12 lets me change leadership from the keyboard, and a LEAD badge identifies the current leader.
I also brought status messages and hover details into one compact strip at the top of the screen. The portrait gauges stay sharp, the time-unit bar is gold, and hovering a body part reveals its health and armor without adding more permanent text to the cards.

The clip opens the portrait menu, changes leadership and shows the squad regrouping. It then switches leadership with the keyboard and checks the head-health information in the top strip.
