Added Masoala traders and GPS contracts

Five trading counters and a persistent elimination contract give the island a settlement to return to.

I built Masoala as a native settlement with five counters for armor, weapons, supplies, companions and contracts. The yard is graded into the existing island, with steel and timber surfaces and clear approaches.

Kora offers an elimination contract for Razor and two armed escorts. The island map marks the settlement and active target; completing the job and returning pays 350 credits once.

The RTX checks covered real purchasing, acceptance, GPS state, reward and page reload. Combat verification used the real damage function in an isolated fixture; I am not presenting that as a fully manually played firefight.

A forced first arrival still produced a 1.65-second frame. The finished settlement and contract state are verified, while hitch-free arrival and the earlier sustained native-host freeze remain unproven.
