Added partial unloading and automatic Harvester logistics

I let Harvesters deliver a partial load instead of waiting for a full cargo hold. Right-clicking a processor gives the selected vehicle a direct unloading command.

The logistics work also aligns the vehicle with its unloading bay and returns it to resource gathering afterwards. Powered production, docking, unloading and departure now follow the same native vehicle workflow.

“Unload partial cargo, deliver by processor right-click, and return to harvesting after aligned docking.”

The capture scenario starts with a powered processor and a Harvester carrying fifty units. The clips demonstrate the native delivery command and its resulting cargo and credit state; they are not a complete factory cycle or an end-to-end resource expedition.
