Added wind and wet-coat controls to the fur studio

Ember’s coat can be inspected from different views while wind and wetness change its response.

I added a fur studio for inspecting Ember’s coat. Wind and wetness sliders make the coat’s response visible without changing the rest of the environment.

Front, Side and Orbit views make it easier to inspect coverage, silhouette and backlighting. The fur runtime keeps geometry bounded across three detail levels.

This is a character-material test, with a stylized face and further grooming still possible. It does not demonstrate outdoor rain or a whole-world performance result.

I also added live distance, triangle, draw and fur-detail counters to the studio, and refined the eye layers, ears and distant hair coverage. These counters are inspection tools, not a promise of outdoor frame rate.
