Added insect hover, takeoff and jointed walking
Prism and Iris have distinct flight controllers, grounded states, resting wings and six articulated legs.
Project Feathers / Field recording
I gave Prism and Iris their own flight controllers instead of routing them through the bird lift and glide behavior.
Prism uses damped precision hover. Iris responds more strongly to wind and flutter. Both can take off, move in the air, descend and return to a grounded state.

Their six legs have articulated chains for procedural walking, and the wings settle into a distinct resting pose on the ground.
Foot contact remains approximate on uneven terrain. These controls are game movement systems, rather than a claim of aerodynamic accuracy.
