Made swooping fish catches more forgiving
A wider catch area beneath Aurelie’s feet helps a close swoop connect with a swimming fish.
Project Feathers / Field recording
I widened the catch area beneath Aurelie’s feet and kept it active briefly as she enters the water. That gives a close swoop or plunge more room to connect instead of losing the chance at the instant of the splash.
This short demonstration shows Aurelie descending with her claws extended, catching a swimming fish and holding it at the water. The fish and the holding badge show the result.
“A close swoop should connect when the claws reach the fish.”
I positioned Aurelie above the lake before recording, then used the normal claw input. The fish movement and catch rules are unchanged. This capture demonstrates the successful catch, rather than sustained flight with a fish.
