Improved seated combat and vehicle exits

Hostile contact stops the vehicle, seated aiming has a penalty, and safe combat exits cost30TU.

I added seated vehicle rules to turn-based combat. Vehicles stop for the combat phase, while a seated survivor can use the current aiming rules without losing the vehicle’s physical cover.

Leaving the vehicle costs 30 TU and must happen on the player’s turn with a valid exit position. An attempted exit at 29 TU is refused; a paid exit checks ground height and clearance instead of placing the survivor inside the chassis. The seated spread adjustment is a precision rule, not a claim that hit probability is simply halved.

“Hostile contact stops the vehicle, seated aiming has a penalty, and safe combat exits cost30TU.”

The clips show the actual refused 29-TU exit and the survivor on field terrain after the successful 30-TU exit. The scenario was initialized for this inspection; it is not a filmed firefight or a damage comparison.
