Added overturned-vehicle recovery

Pushing and a grounded recovery assist help an overturned Jeep get back onto its wheels.

I added pushing and a grounded recovery assist for overturned vehicles. A Jeep can now be worked back onto its wheels instead of staying permanently stuck on its side.

I also fixed the normal vehicle update overwriting the recovery input. The recovered vehicle stays upright after release; this is the native physical recovery behavior, not a reset hidden in the recording.
