Added persistent click distance and movement feedback

Clicked destinations show a ground marker, distance and time-unit requirements, with clear refusal reasons.

I added a response at the clicked destination: a ground marker, distance, time-unit cost and the available reserve. A refused order now explains whether the destination is unexplored, blocked, too far away, unaffordable or unavailable during another action.

The click response stays for 1.8 seconds independently of the hover hint. Moving the pointer no longer immediately erases the explanation. The demonstration uses actual unaffordable and unexplored clicks; other refusal cases are supported by the retained native checks.
